Freiburg Shopping Day...















Every year the dorms take the train to Freiburg for the annual christmas shopping day. It was jam packed full of people.

The Christmas Concert took place this afternoon at the school/church. It was so neat to see all 4 of our kids participating up there. Caleb and Connor were in the Middle School choir, Jake was in the Senior choir and Tiera was playing piano for the Sr. Choir.



The grand finale included both choirs together performing the Hallelujah Chorus. It was amazing...together with a small orchestra. I realized after taking all the pics, that most of my pictures were part of small video clips which I can't put on this blog. It was a great afternoon.

Later in the evening we had our dorm Christmas party.
COMPLETELY chaotic, loud, out of control. We're ready for a break!!

Deocrating the Christmas tree...
Yep, it's a real one. And it appears to be dead already - I guess that's what happens after it's been up for a couple of weeks. :) Needles are falling like raindrops. We've started to collect some pretty ornaments from around here and the surrounding area. This year we actually found some stockings too! We looked everywhere last year and couldn't find any. The kids will be happy to have real ones instead of dad's socks filled with goodies.
