We spent a wonderful weekend away in Meersburg. This was our last weekend off of the year and as it turned out it was 2 weeks before the end of school. Meersburg is on Lake Konstanz and is such a beautiful little town.

Our guest house where we stayed for the weekend. Turns out that this was a significant historical building and was featured on the deutschmark bill. The owner shared some neat history of the building with us...something that has been in his family for generations and still has part of the original city wall attached to the back of the building.

Fun with the dorm...dorm outting to a ropes course and rock climbing place near Freiburg. When we finished here we went into Freiburg to watch Pirates of the Carribean 3 and out for supper. Great time!
